You know I like a viral recipe so this week I have been trying the egg wrap. Super quick and easy and high in protein.
In my recipe I whisked together 2 eggs and some chopped chives, which I poured into a pan, after the egg had a few minutes to set I added a gluten free wrap on top and gave it another couple of minutes to set. Then I removed from the stove top and topped with chopped spinach, cottage cheese, my homemade tomato relish, some feta cheese and chopped Avo.
