This is great to share with friends or as a side dish as part of a curry evening.

Ingredients
400g Cauliflower florets, blanched and prepared
85g Self Raising Flour
120ml Milk
1 teaspoon Tandoori powder
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Ginger powder
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1cm grated fresh Chilli
Salt and Pepper
Serve with:
2 tablespoon Greek Yoghurt
Fresh Coriander freshly chopped
Method:
In a large bowl, whisk together all the ingredients except for the Cauliflower. Once the mixture is smooth add in the cauliflower and mix well together.
Switch the Air Fryer on and set it for 10 minutes at 190°c. Add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes then open and stir then close again and leave for the remaining 5 minutes to cook.
Serve with some Greek yoghurt to dip into and Coriander scattered on top.
