This marinated chicken is so tender and delicious and can be served with so much.
300g Chicken breast, chopped
½ cup Greek Yoghurt
½ Tbsp fresh squeezed Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Coriander, chopped
½ tsp Harissa
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 tsp Lemon Zest
Mix all the ingredients together. Place in the fridge and allow to marinade for 6 – 8 hours before cooking. When ready for cooking place in the air fryer grill basket and cook at 185°c for 10 minutes, turning at 5 minutes. Serve with a salad or a jacket sweet potato.
