I teach Pilates community classes in my local area and along with that I also teach for Nuffield and the Rushmoor Healthy Living charity.

I started doing Pilates almost 20 years ago now in South Africa when my friend was studying to be a teacher and I got to be her student. Since then, Pilates has always been my first choice in strength exercise which I have continued to practice regularly. It has helped me recover from a complicated health journey and each time has made me feel stronger and healthier.
I decided to undertake Pilates teacher training myself to help others feel stronger and more flexible and have been qualified for almost two years. I am currently undergoing courses in Pre and Post Natal, Orthopedic conditions, and Level 4 Advanced Pilates.
I am also a foodie and passionate about making good nutrition and health practical for my clients who have busy lives and are often looking after other people and juggling all the things! I, offer a holistic approach that serves everyone in their households.
The wellness world can be overwhelming, unattainable, and time-consuming. I help to remove barriers to your own nutrition and wellness journey by providing simple, easy-to-adopt nutrition plans and providing mindset support along the way. Go from feeling sluggish, unhealthy, and lacking confidence to a healthier, more motivated and energised you.
At home I am a wife and Mom to a gorgeous 4-year-old boy who is the light of our lives. I am a South African living in the UK and in my free time I love reading and being outdoors - most particularly swimming.
I am also a Cancer warrior. I became involved in the alternative healing world several years ago, but it was following my diagnosis and healing journey that it became essential for me to focus on some specifics to heal my body such as healthy movement, good nutrition and things such as aromatherapy oils which help to support the holistic health of me and my family.
